Combination of the grapes tradition of Nebbiolo and Barbera. This wine combines the acidity and the structure of Barbera with the elegance and the tannin of Nebbiolo.
The colour is an intense ruby red. The scent is persistent, with hints of red fruits such as blackberry and raspberry.
- Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 7/10 days. The malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in stainless steel, with the temperature increase during the summer months.
- In french oak tonneaux (500 litres) for about 20 months.
