Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC
- Vine variety
A brilliant red wine with garnet red tones and ruby shades.
Scent with hints of red fruits: cherry and plum; it reaches its maximum expression only after an adequate aeration in the chalice.
Fermentation in stainless steel for 7/10 days.
The malolactic fermentation occurs naturally, in stainless steel, with the temperature increase during the summer months.
- In french oak tonneaux (500 litres) for about 18/20 months.
